Tips to Stop hating your body. Part:2

As i promised in last blog, i'm here with the tips. 

           I want to share some ways that you can stop hating on your body.

 You've to ask yourself who is dissatisfied with your body? You want to figure out the source of your bodies dissatisfaction, that you are dissatisfied with your body or is somebody else dissatisfied with it?

        A lot of times someone near us around us or in our friend circle or family is the one who's the most judgmental critical or harsh about us? It may be your mother your best friend or even your spouse that Ideas on how you should look or how fit you need to be. Knowing and understanding the difference between your own wants and Desires in someone else's will help you determine whether your desire for change is coming from you or if some other source outside of you or even in society is the root cause if you find that it's someone outside of you that cares more about it than you do make the conscious choice to not take on those feelings.

         You can attempt to deal with the issue. If you know most importantly that you are the owner of your body then no matter what anyone else thinks. You get to choose how it looks, how it operates and what you're willing to do. In order to accomplish anything and health goals that you have.

In Bhagavad Gita, Krishna praises only one personality and that is King Janaka. Sita matha is the daughter of King Janaka and she got married to Lord Rama. After getting married to Lord Rama, she has undergone so many tribulations. She went to the forest with Lord Rama and undergone so many sufferings. Then when they came to back Ayodhya again after some years, she was sent to the forest. She was brought up with so much of love in Mithila.
