We should know how to handle. Not only how to handle success how to handle the failures. Particularly you are in the management environment. If I want the young people to understand how to manage the failure, because any task you do. You have to come across problem. Problem should not become the captain of the individual or a project chief. 

You should become the captain of the problems and defeat the problem and succeed. Learning, Learning gives creativity. Creativity leads to thinking. Thinking provides knowledge, knowledge makes you great. History has proven history has proven that, Those who dare to imagine the Immpossible! are the ones who break all the human limitations. 

In every field of human endeavor. Whether science medicine sports arts and technology the names of the people who Imagine The Impossible or engraved in our history. By breaking the limits of the imagination by breaking their limits of their imaginary. They changed the world. You take C V Raman you take Newton you take Einstein you take Chandra shekar, thereby breaking the limits of imagination they changed the world. 

If you want be discoverers if you want to be innovators, I am going to give you what type of characteristic you must have. Invention and Discoveries have illuminated from creative minds, that I have been constantly working and imagine the outcome of the telephone. He was imagined the outcome in the mind. With the imagination and constant effort all the forces of the universe work for that inspired mind thereby leading to inventions & discoveries. 


Well succeed in life. I have already told you! You have to do four things. Okay. Number one great AIM. I will have great aim. I will continuously acquire knowledge. I will do  hard work. I will persevere and succeed. Okay that the Mantra

Don't let others control your happiness

        I get asked all the time if I could go back and talk to the younger me. What would I say? And if I was going to go back and talk to the younger me really would be like me talking to many of all the younger use to be like me talking to my younger son. And the number one thing that I would say is don't let anybody tell you what you can't you won't or you shouldn't do everybody will try to put a limit on you. But what I have learned is that nobody can stop you but you and that you were going to have to break your own limit.           I would encourage you not to minimalize the importance of your creativity your ability to imagine to dream big the human mind this thing called your imagination.
